The incumbent will be responsible to coordinate the resource\u00a0 mobilization for member-led platforms at the country level (NLCs) via earmarked funding. The Regional\u00a0 Program Analyst will actively contribute to the overall alignment of ILC operations towards an enhanced\u00a0 role of the NLCs as requested by the current strategy. They may be assigned to coordinate the work of\u00a0 consultants hired to support the regional team.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the strategic leadership and guidance of the Regional Coordination Officer, the Regional Program&nbsp; Analyst will be an integral member of the ILC One team, working closely with global leads in various areas&nbsp; of interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/redinfor.com.pe\/portal\/2019\/04\/24\/monitoreo-y-evaluacion-de-programas-y-proyectos-sociales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\" https:\/\/www.redinfor.com.pe\/Avisos\/MEPPS\/MEPPS_advisor.jpg \"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Skills and competencies&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge of policy oriented, programme based pro-poor approaches, and grant management,&nbsp; including formulation, negotiation, implementation and monitoring.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven expertise with network dynamics and land governance issues.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacity to communicate fluently with different counterparts (civil society, international financial&nbsp; Institutions, government authorities, local communities, academia) to align parties and build&nbsp; networks.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptability, Adaptability and flexibility when facing new or unexpected situations, and to specific&nbsp; constraints and circumstances and managing complex processes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical skills, Outstanding ability to analyse and synthesize qualitative and\/or quantitative&nbsp; information from a variety of sources and filter out key insights and recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client Orientation, Strong critical thinking combined with communication skills to liaise between&nbsp; the business and technologies to understand business problems and needs, document&nbsp; requirements and identify solutions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiative and good judgment, High sense of proactive initiative-taking and good judgement&nbsp; (including on security matters);&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Procedure adherence: Ability to strictly adhere to established, formal guidelines, including in new&nbsp; situations.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project\/Programme management (incl. coordination, design, development), Know-how in Project&nbsp; design and evaluation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem solving, Strong systemic and structured thinking, ability to identify and dissect problems&nbsp; into components and formulate a comprehensive set of creative viable and sustainable solutions&nbsp;
