T\u00c9CNICO\/A<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Formaci\u00f3n Acad\u00e9mica:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T\u00edtulo profesional en Agronom\u00eda, Educaci\u00f3n Agraria, Desarrollo Rural, Ciencias Sociales, Econom\u00eda Agraria o fines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se valora formaci\u00f3n complementaria en pedagog\u00eda para adultos y\/o agroecolog\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experiencia:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00ednimo 3 a\u00f1os de experiencia en formaci\u00f3n en contextos rurales y\/o dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de programas de formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiencia pr\u00e1ctica en dise\u00f1o de m\u00f3dulos, metodolog\u00eda participativa (ECA, escuelas agr\u00edcolas) y experticia agroecol\u00f3gica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiencia en gesti\u00f3n de fondos de innovaci\u00f3n comunitaria o procesos de selecci\u00f3n de proyectos (valorable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dominio de herramientas de seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n y capacidad para redactar informantes t\u00e9cnicos en espa\u00f1ol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p Sociolog\u00eda Antropolog\u00eda o afines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experiencia:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 a\u00f1os de experiencia en trabajo con organizaciones de productores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiencia comprobada en fortalecimiento organizacional y comercial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiencia en promoci\u00f3n o gesti\u00f3n de mercados campesinos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiencia en proyectos de desarrollo rural en Cusco o regiones similares<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manejo del idioma quechua.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
