Purpose of the consultancy
The purpose of this consultancy is to support LAFF in validating, refining, and operationalising its new grant-making model and preparing the organisation to launch a pilot with selected grassroots organisations in Peru.
Consultant Profile
LAFF is seeking an individual consultant or consulting team with experience in areas such as:
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in nonprofit strategy, programme design, or related fields.
- Proven ability to conduct stakeholder engagement and facilitate consultations with diverse actors in the social sector, including subject-matter experts in pedagogy and curriculum design.
- Experience applying user-centred design, design thinking, or similar approaches to develop relevant and context-driven programmes.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks and their application in programme design.
- Solid understanding of the education landscape in Peru, particularly the challenges faced in rural, Andean, and remote communities.
